摘要
新社会阶层是改革开放以来新出现的社会群体,四十年来呈现规模不断扩大的趋势。从结构特征上来看,大部分新社会阶层具有体制外中间阶层的特点,新社会阶层规模的扩大促进我国社会结构向橄榄型社会转变;从组织化特征来看,新社会阶层的组织化程度日益提高,尤其是自组织化特征极为明显,当前自上而下推动的他组织化使新社会阶层组织化程度进一步提高;从发展趋势上来看,新社会阶层的规模将持续壮大,实力不断增强,社会影响力日益显著,进而成为我国经济社会发展中一支重要的力量。鉴于此,如何促进新社会阶层的健康发展将在一段时期内成为一项重要的工作。
The new social stratum is a new social group that appears with the reform and opening up,and has been expanding its scale in the past 40 years. In terms of structural characteristics,most of the new social stratum is characteristic of the middle class outside the system. The expansion of the new social stratum has contributed to the transformation of our social structure into an olive-shaped society. In terms of organizational feature,the degree of organization of the new social stratum is increasing accompanied with obvious characteristics of self-organization. In addition,driven by the top-down organization,the new social stratum group has been increasingly organized. In terms of development tendency,the scale of the new social stratum will continue to grow,their strength will continue to increase,and their social influence is increasingly significant. Therefore,how to promote the healthy development of the new social stratum will become an important work of the governance in the coming period.
