3种大滞后控制方法的工程应用研究

摘要 对串级PID控制、Smith预估控制和内模控制3种基本大滞后控制方法进行分析比较,并进行控制约束条件下的研究与仿真。结果表明:控制约束的加入使得系统调节过程变慢,甚至产生振荡。控制器作用越强,控制约束对系统的影响越大。考虑到控制约束,系统参数整定时应该使得控制器的作用相对弱一些。此外,合理利用控制约束和模型失配是改善Smith预估控制闭环特性的有效途径。 In this paper, three basic large-lag system control methods such as the cascade PID, the Smith predictor and the internal model control were comparatively analyzed and the simulation study on them under control constraints were carried out. The simulation results show that, the control constraints make adjustment of the control system slow or even oscillation. In general, the control constraints have greater impact when the controller action is stronger. The controller parameter tuning should make the controller have some relatively weak role due to the control constrains. Moreover, the simulation results also show that, the rational use of control constraints and model mismatch can be an effective way to improve the loop characteristics of Smith predictive control.
