摘要
使用旋转变压器、旋转编码器等测量永磁同步电机转子实时位置的方法成本高、可靠性低。设计了采用线性霍尔元件的外置式测速定位装置,由固定在转轴上的磁片模拟电机永磁体磁场,并由三个互错120°电角度的线性霍尔元件测量磁场强度,经3-2变换得到电机实际电角度,可有效降低霍尔元件安装误差、充磁强弱和方向不一致等造成的角度测量偏差。试验结果表明,测量方法具有连续输出电角度、精度高和无需补偿等优点,且成本极低,适合批量生产。
Measuring real-time position of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)rotors with a rotary transformer and rotary encoder brings about a high cost and low reliability.An external speed and position measurement device using linear Hall elements was designed.The magnetic field of the permanent magnet was simulated by the magnetic plates mounted on the revolving shaft.The magnetic field intensity was measured by three Hall elements mutually separated by 120 electrical degrees,and actual electrical degree of the motor was obtained through 3-2 conversion.This approach could effectively reduce deviation of angular measurement caused by mounting errors of Hall component,magnetization strength and direction inconsistencies.Experimental results showed that the proposed measurement method had such advantages as continuous output of electrical degree,high precision and no need of compensation.Moreover,its extremely low cost made it suitable for mass production.
