摘要
供应商选择是发展可持续伙伴关系和提高供应链绩效的关键,文章以制药行业为研究对象,在文献研究基础上,提出了原料药绿色供应商评价过程中所需要的绿色指标体系,并通过采用层次分析法测算出包括绿色环境指标在内5大类共计14项指标的权重,从而构建和发展出更客观和可操作供应商评价流程,为相关医药行业企业进行绿色供应商选择时提供参照。
Supplier selection process is the key to developing sustainable partnership and improving supply chain performance.Based on the relevant literature,this paper proposes the green indicators needed in the process of evaluating green suppliers of APIs,and calculates the environmental indicators including environmental indicators by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The weights of 14 indicators in five categories of evaluation system are included,so as to construct more objective and operable green evaluation indicators and supplier evaluation process,which can be used as reference for the relevant pharmaceutical industry enterprises when choosing green suppliers.
