摘要
社区街道作为城市的公共起居室,是人们的幸福感、认同感和归属感的重要来源,本文通过分析老旧社区相关研究背景、发展背景及相关概念的阐述的基础上,以北京天通苑老旧社区为例,从宏观尺度的北京地区现状分析,到针对天通苑社区提升策略,再到相关要素具体实施细节层层递进研究分析,提出针对天通苑老旧社区绿地提升与改造实施提出切实的策略。通过对天通苑社区的策略提出,希望对同类老旧社区街道景观更新提供一定参考借鉴。
As a common living room of the city, community street is an important source of people's happiness, identity and sense of belonging. Based on the analysis of the research background, development background and related concepts of the old community, this paper takes the old community of Beijing Tiantongyuan as an example, from the analysis of the current situation of Beijing in the macro scale, to the promotion strategy of the Tiantongyuan community, to the detailed analysis of the specific implementation details of the relevant elements, the paper proposes a practical strategy for the promotion and transformation of the old community green space in Tiantongyuan. Through the strategy of Tiantongyuan community, it hopes to provide some reference for the renewal of streetscapes of similar old and old communities.
