摘要
由于多方面的原因,我国企业在研发投入筹资时受到了严重的融资约束,在这一背景下,政府支持一方面能够在资金上给与直接或间接的帮助,另一方面具有一定的认证效应,进而获得投资者的资金支持。本文分析了融资约束及政府支持对企业研发投入的影响,进而提出了相应的建议。
Due to various reasons, Chinese enterprises are subject to serious financing constraints in R&D investment. Under this background, government support can provide direct or indirect help in funding on one hand, and has certain certification effect on the other hand, so as to obtain financial support from investors. This paper analyzes the impact of financing constraints and government support on enterprise R&D investment, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions.
