摘要
为探究湖南某抽水蓄能电站建设对周边区域环境影响,基于案例调研与工程实证分析,识别水环境风险、生态环境风险以及地质环境风险等3类环境风险并开展针对性的分析研究;运用事故树理论,拟定顶上事件,阐明各级环境风险事件间逻辑关联,构建环境风险事故树;利用布尔逻辑运算,计算最小割集与结构重要度,分析环境风险制定风险预防措施。
In order to explore the influence of the construction of a pumped storage power station in Hunan on the surrounding environment, three types of environmental risks, including water environment risk, ecological environment risk and geological environment risk, were identified and analyzed based on case study and engineering empirical analysis. This paper uses the accident tree theory, draws up the top event, clarifies the logical correlation between environmental risk events at all levels, and constructs the environmental risk accident tree. The minimum cut set and the importance of structure are calculated by Boolean logic operation.
