摘要
目的研究不同透析方式对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢影响的临床效果及有效率影响。方法选择2017年6月—2018年8月收治的100例尿毒症患者作为该次研究患者或研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将100例尿毒症患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施腹膜透析治疗;对照组实施血液透析治疗,将两组治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组尿毒症患者治疗后血清磷低于对照组、血清校正钙高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.883、9.526,P<0.05)。观察组尿毒症患者生化指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.305、2.143、18.486、3.616,P<0.05)。观察组尿毒症患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=32.441、21.747、31.270、38.583,P<0.05)。观察组尿毒症患者并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.353,P<0.05)。结论血液透析和腹膜透析在尿毒症患者钙磷代谢和临床效果的比较中,后者更具有优势,值得研究。
Objective To study the clinical effects and effective effects of different dialysis methods on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in uremic patients.Methods One hundred patients with uremia admitted from June 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as the study patients or subjects,and 100 patients with uremia were grouped by computer randomization method,including two groups.The observation group and peritoneal dialysis treatment were performed;the control group and hemodialysis treatment were performed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,serum phosphorus was lower in the uremic patients than in the control group,and serum corrected calcium was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.883,9.526,P<0.05).The biochemical index of uremia patients in the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.305,2.143,18.486,3.616,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the uremia patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=32.441,21.747,31.270,38.583,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the uremia patients in the observation group was 10.00%lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.353,P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in the comparison of calcium and phosphorus metabolism and clinical effects in uremic patients,the latter has more advantages,worthy of study.
