摘要
闽南民居既有中国传统民居中轴对称、结构严谨的普遍特点,又具有色彩鲜艳、装饰繁多等自身独具的特征。闽南民居的营造技术,正面临时代困境,利用率偏低,运用范围缩小,后继无人、面临失传。该技术走出困境的主要路径,要与新技术融合。融合途径包括在设计阶段使用计算机建模技术、在施工阶段将传统与现代风格相融合、在销售阶段设计相关游戏和模型、在修缮阶段利用现代建筑技术。
The residences in southern Fujian have the unique characteristics of axis symmetry and strict structure in traditional Chinese dwellings, with unique characteristics such as bright colors and rich decoration. However, the construction technology of Minnan residential houses is facing some difficulties, like the predicament of the times, low utilization rate, narrowed scope in application, no followers and being in danger of dying out. The main path of being out of the predicament should be integrated with new technologies. The integration paths include: adopting computer modeling techniques during the design phase, integrating traditional and modern styles during the construction phase, designing relevant games and models during the sales phase, and using modern building techniques during the repair phase.
