本文主要阐述了油田基建施工现场中管理的关键点,总结了油田基建工程现场管理的主要内容,对我国油田未来基建施工现场管理工作的发展奠定了坚实的基础,对成本的控制和安全管理的实现有着重要的意义。
This paper mainly expounds the key points of management in oilfield infrastructure construction site,summarizes the main contents of on-site management of oilfield infrastructure projects,and lays a solid foundation for the development of future infrastructure construction site management in China,and controls and safety of costs.The realization of management has important implications.
