摘要 本文研究了不同工艺条件及参数对电沉积Ni-Co/SiC复合镀层性能的影响。研究结果表明,糖精对镀层的性能具有显著影响,不管是Ni-Co还是Ni-Co/SiC镀层,镀液中加了糖精后镀层的硬度均有明显提高。此外,随着镀液中SiC浓度、搅拌速度、温度的增大,复合镀层的硬度先增大后减小,当SiC浓度为15g/L时、搅拌速度为300rpm时,镀层硬度最大。最后,耐蚀性能结果显示Ni-Co/SiC相比于Ni-Co镀层耐蚀性略微有所降低,但均远远好于碳钢空白试样。 In this study,Ni-Co/SiC coatings have been prepared by electrodeposition.The effect of electroplating process such as stirring speed,temperature on the hardness of coatings was studied.The results showed that saccharin is positive to the hardness of Ni-Co and Ni-Co/SiC coatings.Besides,with the increase of concentration of SiC,stirring speed and temperature,the hardness of composite coatings rose initially but declined later.The hardness reached the highest with the concentration of SiC of 15g/L,stirring speed of 300 rpm and temperature of 40°C.Compared to Ni-Co coating,the corrosion resistance of Ni-Co/SiC composite coating reduced a little,but also much better than that of carbon steel.
