摘要
目的探讨快速康复护理联合营养支持对结直肠癌根治术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2018年10月本院收治的结肠或直肠癌手术患者84例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者入院即予以快速康复护理联合营养支持,比较两组患者术后并发症、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且首次排气、首次排便、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌根治术患者入院后采用快速康复护理联合营养支持干预有助于改善预后,可减少术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,提高临床护理效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional support in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods We selected 84 cases of patients with colon or rectal cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 as the study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional support instantly at admission,and the postoperative complications,first exhaust time,first defecation time,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional support intervention in patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer after admission could improve the prognosis,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the recovery time and improve the clinical nursing effect.
