摘要
环评工作为环境保护起重要的指导作用,是衡量工程对环境影响的重要手段之一,而在环评工作中,通常存在着收费问题、环评内容问题、公众参与问题等,此类问题直接影响着环保措施的可行性,只有解决此类问题,才能保证环境工程质量。
The eia work plays an important role in guiding for the environmental protection, is one of the important means of the environmental impact to measure project, and in the eia work, usually there is a charge problem, eia content problems, public participation and so on, these problems directly affect the feasibility of the environmental protection measures, only to solve such problems, can guarantee the quality of environmental engineering.
