激光织构对Ti-6Al-4V磨削性能影响的研究

摘要 采用CBN砂轮磨削表面激光织构化Ti-6Al-4V,基于织构的沟槽间距、深度和宽度参数,在Ti-6Al-4V表面设计并激光加工不同图案的沟槽织构,利用CBN砂轮进行磨削实验,从表面形貌、表面粗糙度及磨削力、磨削力比和砂轮磨损等方面分析其表面磨削性能.实验结果表明:磨削过程中,不同沟槽织构对表面粗糙度有轻微影响,而对磨削力和力比与磨削磨损等其他磨削参数的影响明显,且织构A形沟槽能最有效地改善Ti-6Al-4V的磨削性能. The CBN grinding wheel was used to grind the surface laser-textured Ti-6Al-4V.Based on the groove spacing, depth and width parameters of the texture,the groove texture of different patterns was designed and laser-processed on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V.The grinding test was carried out on the CBN grinding wheel,and its surface grinding performance was analyzed from the aspects of surface topography,surface roughness and grinding force,grinding force ratio and grinding wheel wear.The experimental results show that during the grinding process,different groove textures have a slight influence on the surface roughness,but have obvious influence on the grinding force and force ratio and other grinding parameters such as grinding wear, and the texture A-shaped groove,that can most effectively improve the grinding performance of Ti-6Al-4V.
