摘要
目前我国行政执法与刑事司法衔接机制存在衔接法律法规不完善、操作指引不清晰、相关部门协作积极性不高、机制运行监督不力等问题。为此,提出了进一步完善行政执法与刑事司法衔接机制的建议,以利于行政执法与刑事司法衔接机制更好地运行。
At present,the cohesive mechanism of China's administrative law enforcement and criminal judicature has problems such as incomplete cohesive laws and regulations,unclear operational guidance,low enthusiasm of the relevant departments,and absence of mechanism operation supervision.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the cohesive mechanism of administrative law enforcement and criminal judicature,so as to facilitate the better operation of the cohesive mechanism of administrative law enforcement and criminal judicature.
