摘要
运用多目标规划模型估算海城河流域水环境状况,影响流域水环境的关键因素利用情景分析法进行分析,进一步探讨了其优化方法与优化目标。结果显示:海城河流域水环境系统处于超载状态,承载力各指标总体呈现出波动上升的变化趋势;增加用水结构有利于人口总量与GDP的提升,但对粮食产量的提高会产生一定的不利影响,而增加排污结构约束则会产生相反的作用;通过优化调整有助于促进GDP与粮食产量达到可承载状态,可为促进流域经济发展与水环境系统的协调发展提供依据。
The multi-objective programming model is used to estimate the water environment of Haicheng river basin, and the key factors affecting the water environment are analyzed with the scenario analysis method, and the optimization methods and objectives are further discussed. The results show that the water environment system of Haicheng River Basin is in an overload state, and the indexes of carrying capacity show a fluctuating upward trend. Increasing water use structure is beneficial to the increase of population and GDP, but it will have some adverse effects on the increase of grain production, while increasing the restriction of sewage discharge structure will have the opposite effect. Optimizing adjustment will help to promote GDP and grain production. The yield can be carried, which can provide a basis for promoting the coordinated development of economic development and water environment system in the basin.
