摘要
目的 本研究通过比较瓷睿刻椅旁系统三种生物再造设计功能[复制(BC)、自定义(BI)、参考(BR)]生成全冠的咬合面及邻面接触穿透区面积,从而指导临床医师选择合适的椅旁全冠设计策略。方法 制取6名志愿者的全口石膏模型,按全瓷冠标准预备模型右侧上颌中切牙,口内扫描仪扫描模型。分别使用BC、BI和BR三种模式生成虚拟全冠。计算全冠咬合面及邻面接触穿透区的面积,统计分析三种模式之间的差异(随机区组设计的方差分析,检验水平α=0.05)。结果 BC组咬合面接触穿透区面积与BR组、BI组之间的差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);BR组咬合面接触穿透区面积与BI组之间的差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。三组邻面接触穿透区面积间的差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论 对于上颌中切牙形态完整、自然且对称的患者,BC模式生成全冠的咬合关系最佳;3种模式生成的全冠邻接关系无显著差异。
Objective To compare the occlusion and adjacency relationship of full crowns generated by three different biogeneric design modes[biogeneric copy(BC), biogeneric individual(BI), and biogeneric reference(BR)] of the CEREC chair-side system for better guiding clinicians choose the appropriate chair-side design strategies. Methods The maxillae and mandible plaster models of six volunteers were acquired. The maxillary right central incisors of the model were prepared according to the standard of all-ceramic full crown, and the models were scanned by intraoral scanner. BC, BI and BR modes were used to generate virtual full crowns. The contact penetration areas of occlusal and adjacent surface of full crowns were calculated, and the differences among the three modes were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA(test level α=0.05). Results The contact penetration area of occlusal surface showed significant difference between BC group and BR group, BI group( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between BR group and BI group( P >0.05). There was no significant difference in adjacent surface among the three groups( P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with intact, natural and symmetrical maxillary central incisors, the occlusal relationship of the full crown generated by BC mode is the best, and there is no significant difference in the adjacent relationship of the full crown generated by the three modes.
