摘要
智能水凝胶是一类理想的药物载体,可在病灶部位产生特别的刺激应答,发生相应的物理-化学性质变化,从而在病灶部位释放出更多的药物,实现对药物的可控释放。综述了智能水凝胶的合成方法,根据响应信号的不同,对智能水凝胶进行了分类,并对不同类型智能水凝胶的刺激响应原理和应用进展进行了详细论述。
Hydrogel is an ideal drug carrier,which can produce special stimulation response and change the physical and chemical properties,so that more drugs can be released in the lesions and the controlled release of the drug can be realized.The synthesis methods of intelligent hydrogel are reviewed.According to the different response signals,the intelligent hydrogels are classified of different types,and the stimulation response principle and application progress of different types of intelligent hydrogels are discussed in detail.
