摘要
采用HPLC方法测定云南、山东、江苏、陕西等不同产地的14份丹参药材样品,比较其丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量上的差异,以期为丹参药材的道地性选择以及质量标准制定提供理论依据。研究结果显示:14份丹参药材的脂溶性成分丹参酮ⅡA的含量介于0.06-1.03%之间,以云南地区的丹参药材含量最高1.03%,相应丹酚酸B为0.45%;丹参的水溶性成分丹酚酸B含量介于0.45-6.09%之间,以山西运城的丹参药材含量最高6.09%,丹参酮ⅡA0.50%;结论:不同产地的丹参化学成分含量差异性较大,质量不一,采用目标成分分析可用于选择不同产地的优势药材资源。
Tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B concentrations in 14 Salvia TCM samples from Yunnan, Shandong,Jiangsu,Shaanxi provinces and other places in China were compared by HPLC analysis method.The research is aimed to provide reference for authentic region and confirm quality control and identification of Salvia.The results showed tanshinone IIA concentration in fat-soluble component of Salvia was between 0.06 %~1.03 %,the highest one was from Yunnan province,was 1.03 %,while the corresponding content of salvianolic acid B was 0.45 %.Salvia miltiorrhiza B concentration in water-soluble component was between 0.45 %~6.09 %,the highest one was from Yuncheng,Shanxi province,was 6.09 %,while the corresponding content of tanshinone IIA is 0.50 %.The study was with a conclusion that the active ingredient concentration of Salvia ranged from different producing areas,also the quality ranged,in general,different target components should be analyzed to select the advantages resources of different producing areas.
