摘要 随着国家对挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)的污染防治越来越重视,泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术是国际上最为通用且行之有效的VOCs控制技术。本文介绍了泄漏检测与修复的概念及工作流程,对国内外LDAR技术的法律法规发展历程做了叙述,对所用检测仪器及信息化的发展进行了详细的分析探讨,并总结了该技术在我国的VOCs排放控制的不足之处。 With the increasing attention paid to the prevention and control of volatile organic pollutants(VOCs) in China, the Leakage Detection and Repair Technology(LDAR) is the most versatile and effective control technology in the world. This paper introduces the concept and working process of the Leakage Detection and Repair technology, describes the development of laws and regulations about LDAR technology at home and abroad. Moreover, the development of testing instruments and information technology is analyzed in detail. Lastly the shortage of VOCs control in China are summarized.
