摘要
针对航空发动机主轴高速球轴承润滑中可能出现的油气混合现象,建立了考虑油气比例系数的高速球轴承拟动力学分析模型,对轴承进行功耗分析。并以某高速球轴承为研究对象,分析了油气比例系数对轴承总功耗的影响,与试验数据对比,加入油气比例系数的拟动力学分析结果更接近台架试验,说明了模型的正确性。同时,分析了油气比例系数对轴承润滑及功耗的影响,结果表明:随油气比例系数增大,油膜厚度增大,内外圈摩擦功耗基本不变,球搅油功耗增大,轴承总功耗增大。
Aimed at oil-gas mixing phenomenon that may occur in lubrication of aero-engine main shaft high-speed ball bearing, considering oil-gas proportional coefficient, a quasi-dynamics analysis model of high-speed ball bearing is established, and the power consumption analysis of the bearing is carried out. Taking a high-speed ball bearing as research object, the influence of oil-gas proportional coefficient on total power consumption of the bearing is analyzed. Compared with experimental data, the quasi-dynamics analysis result with oil-gas proportional coefficient is closer to bench test, the correctness of the model is illustrated. At the same time, the influence of oil-gas proportional coefficient on lubrication and power consumption of the bearing is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of oil-gas proportional coefficient, the oil film thickness increases, the frictional power consumption of inner and outer rings remains basically unchanged, the stirring power consumption of balls increases, and the total bearing power of the bearings increases.
