摘要
目的:观察解痉纠偏针法结合新Bobath技术治疗中风偏瘫痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取符合中风偏痪痉挛诊断标准患者180例,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组、新Bobath组和治疗组,每组各60例,在常规康复治疗的基础上,对照组口服巴氯芬片;新Bobath组采用新Bobath康复技术;治疗组采用解痉纠偏针法结合新Bobath康复技术。分别于治疗前及治疗后2、4、6周观察各组痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力及血清中γ-氨基丁酸(GAGB)的含量,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组在痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力改善方面均优于对照组和新Bobath组。结论:中风偏瘫痉挛患者采用解痉纠偏针法结合新Bobath技术可有效控制患肢痉挛状态,提高日常生活自理能力。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of spasmolysis and rectifying hemiplegia acupuncture combined with new Bobath technology on apoplectic spastic hemiplegia.Methods:180 cases of selected patients who met the diagnostic criteria for apoplectic spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group,new Bobath group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.On the basis of routine rehabilitative treatment,the control group was treated with oral Baclofen tablets,new Bobath group was treated by new Bobath rehabilitation technology,while the treatment group was treated by spasmolysis and rectifying hemiplegia acupuncture combined with new Bobath rehabilitation technology.Respectively at the 2nd,4th and 6th week before and after treatment,spasticity degree,motion function,activity of daily living and content ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GAGB)in serum were observed in each group,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group and new Bobath group in improvement of spasticity degree,motion function and activity of daily living.Conclusion:In the treatment of apoplectic spastic hemiplegia,spasmolysis and rectifying hemiplegia acupuncture combined with new Bobath technology can effectively control the spasticity of suffering limbs and improve the selfcare ability of daily living.
