摘要
介绍了亚临界机组采用红套环高压内缸的优点。首先从材料的选择、过盈量的设定等方面对高压内缸进行常规设计;然后用有限元法模拟高压内缸温度场,进行蠕变强度分析,模拟了从初始状态到运行200000h水平中分面的接触压力,从而判断中分面是否漏汽,以保证机组的运行效率。
This paper introduces the advantages of HP inner cylinder with shrink-ring in a subcritical steam turbine.The conventional design of HP inner cylinder is carried out from the selection of material and the setting of interference.The temperature field of HP inner cylinder is simulated using finite element method,and the creep strength is analyzed.The contact pressure of mid-plane is simulated from the initial state to the operation level of 200 000 h,so as to judge whether the mid-plane is leaking or not,so as to ensure the operation efficiency of the unit.
