摘要
目的分析舒适护理在布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺急性发作患者中的应用效果。方法选取所在医院2016年3月—2018年11月期间69例慢阻肺急性发作患者,根据护理方法分组,观察组(氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵,舒适护理,n=34),对照组(传统雾化吸入布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵,常规护理方法,n=35),对比两组患者相关情况。结果观察组咳嗽、喘憋、啰音消失时间分别为(3.56±0.89)d、(3.63±0.96)d、(2.93±0.69)d,均低于对照组(t=6.635、5.687、6.347,P<0.05);观察组护理干预后血气指标(PaCO2、PaO2)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员雾化吸入指导、技术操作、心理疏导、安全管理的护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵过程中,为患者提供舒适护理,可促进病情恢复,改善血气指标,提高患者就诊满意度,最大程度满足患者就诊需要。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 69 patients with acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in the hospital from March 2016 to November 2018. According to the nursing method, the observation group (oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide, comfortable nursing, n=34), control group (traditional inhalation of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide, routine nursing method, n=35), comparing the relevant conditions of the two groups of patients. Results The disappearance time of cough, wheezing and snoring in the observation group were (3.56±0.89) d,(3.63±0.96) d, and (2.93±0.69) d, respectively, which were lower than the control group (t=6.635, 5.687, 6.347, P< 0.05);the blood gas indexes (PaCO2, PaO2) of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05);the observation group was satisfied with the nursing care personnel's nebulization guidance, technical operation, psychological counseling and safety management scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oxygen flooding inhalation of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide provides patients with comfortable care, can promote the recovery of the disease, improve blood gas indicators, improve patient satisfaction, and meet the needs of patients.
