摘要
目的分析比较微型种植体支抗与传统的正畸方法在治疗口腔正畸的临床疗效。方法该次采取随机数字分组法,将该院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的128例采取口腔正畸治疗的患者分成两组,各64例;其中,对照组患者采取传统正畸方法治疗,观察组患者采取微型种植体支抗方法治疗,进一步比较两组临床疗效。结果①观察组,上中切牙凸距差为(3.4±1.1)mm、上中切牙倾角差为(24.1±10.4)°、磨牙位移为(3.0±1.4)mm;对照组,上中切牙凸距差为(2.2±0.8)mm、上中切牙倾角差为(16.2±12.0)°、磨牙位移为(5.3±1.9)mm;由数据可知,在上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差两项指标水平方面,观察组均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.124、10.276,P<0.05);在磨牙位移方面,观察组明显小于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.259,P<0.05)。②观察组不良反应总发生率为7.81%,与对照组的20.31%比较明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.378,P<0.05)。③在患者满意度方面,观察组总满意度为,与对照组的比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.256,P<0.05)。结论在口腔正畸临床治疗过程中,采取微型种植体支抗的效果明显优于传统正畸方法治疗;因此,值得采纳及应用。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of micro -implant anchorage and traditional orthodontic treatment in orthodontics. Methods This randomized digital grouping method was used to divide 128 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment from February 2017 to February 2018 into two groups, each with 64 cases. The control group adopted teratogenic treatment, patients in the observation group were treated with micro-implant anchorage, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was further compared. Results 1.In the observation group, the difference of the upper middle incisors was (3.4±1.1) mm, the difference of the upper middle incisors was (24.1±10.4)°, and the molar displacement was (3.0±1.4) mm. The central incisor has a convex deviation of (2.2±0.8) mm, the upper middle incisor has a dip angle difference of (16.2±12.0)°, and the molar displacement was (5.3±1.9) mm. It was known from the data that the upper central incisor has a poor convex distance. In the observation group, the observation group was significantly larger than the control group (t=5.124, 10.276, P<0.05);in the displacement of the molars, the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Academic significance (t=6.259, P<0.05). 2.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.81%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ^2 =9.378, P<0.05). 3.In terms of patient satisfaction, the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ^2 =11.256, P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of orthodontics, the effect of micro -implant anchorage is significantly better than traditional orthodontic treatment;therefore, it is worthy of adoption and application.
