摘要 目的观察与比较患者治疗前后血气分析指标及心功能指标,探讨呼吸机辅助治疗重症呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法选取该院2016年12月—2018年12月收治的92例重症呼吸衰竭患者作为实验对象,数字法随机分为两组,实验组47例,对照组45例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用呼吸机辅助治疗。治疗后,比较两组的血气分析指标、心功能指标。结果实验组的PaO2、PaCO2、RR、SpO2分别为(170.40±10.21)mmHg、(43.18±12.01)mmHg、(31.48±3.34)次/min、(0.64±0.03)%,均优于对照组差异有统计学意义(t=4.607、3.619、4.062、3.415,P<0.05)。实验组的LVDD、E/A、HR、LVFF分别为(46.31±5.21)mm、(1.30±0.47)mm、(129.84±14.07)次/min、(59.46±5.26)%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.012、6.081、8.614、5.329,P<0.05)。结论采用呼吸机辅助治疗重症呼吸衰竭可以明显改善患者的心功能指标,提升患者的血气分析指标,疗效确切。 Objective To observe and compare the blood gas analysis index and cardiac function index before and after treatment, and to explore the effect of ventilator assisted treatment for severe respiratory failure. Methods A total of 92 patients with severe respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled. The digital method was randomly divided into two groups: 47 cases in the experimental group and 45 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated with ventilator-assisted therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. After treatment, the blood gas analysis index and cardiac function index of the two groups were compared. Results The PaO2, PaCO2, RR and SpO2 of the experimental group were (170.40±10.21) mmHg,(43.18±12.01) mmHg,(31.48±3.34) times/min,(0.64±0.03)%, respectively, which were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.607, 3.619, 4.062, 3.415, P<0.05).
