摘要
目的评价解剖分离多肝段联合切除治疗肝脏肿瘤的临床效果。方法选入2017年2月—2018年2月该院收治的肝脏肿瘤患者60例,采用抽签法的分组形式将其平均分成实验组(n=30,解剖分离多肝段联合切除治疗)与对照组(n=30,常规的切除治疗法),分析并发症、复发与转移率、治疗效果。结果实验组中的相关效果是96.7%,对照组为70.0%,实验组并发症问题为3.3%,对照组为30.0%(P<0.05)。实验组复发率是3.3%,对照组为23.3%(χ^2=5.192 3,P=0.002 2)。实验组转移率0.0%,对照组为20.0%(χ^2=6.666 7,P=0.009 8)。实验组的并发症、复发与转移率、效果比对照组好很多,组间的数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝脏肿瘤实际治疗的过程中,采用解剖分离多肝段切除治疗法,有助于提升治疗效果,具有较高的推广优势,应予以一定重视,利用合理的方式开展相关治疗分析工作,为患者提供高质量服务。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of anatomical separation and multi-hepatic segment combined re-section for liver tumors. Methods A total of 60 patients with liver tumors admitted to this hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study group (n=30, anatomical separation and multiple liver segment combined resection) and control group (n = 30, conventional resection therapy), analysis of complications, recurrence and metasta-sis rate, treatment effect. Results The relevant effect in the experimental group was 96.7%, and that in the control group was 70.0%. The complication of the experimental group was 3.3%, and that of the control group was 30.0%(P< 0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.3%, and that of the control group was 23.3%(χ^2 =5.192 3, P=0.002 2)The experimental group had a transfer rate of 0.0%, the control group was 20.0%(χ^2 =6.666 7, P=0.009 8). The complication, recurrence and metastasis rate and effect of the experimental group were much better than those of the control group. The difference between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of actual treatment of liver tumors, the use of anatomical separation and multi-hepatic segment resection is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect. It has a high promotion advantage and should be given some attention. The relevant treatment analysis should be carried out in a reasonable way, to provide high quality services for patients.
