摘要
军事职业教育是我军新型军事人才培养体系的重要组成部分,以在岗官兵基于网络的自学为主,通过泛在学习,个性化教育,提高职业素养和履职能力。研究从分析军事职业教育的特点出发,探究了微课作为在线教育资源应用于军事职业教育的诸多优势,并给出了创作优质微课应遵循的基本策略。
Military vocational education is an important part of our new military personnel training system. The military vocational education mainly focuses on the self-study based on the network of the officers and soldiers. Through self-study and individualized education, the ability and competence of the officers and soldiers can be improved. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of military vocational education, this paper explores the advantages of microlecture as an online educational resource in military vocational education, and puts forward the basic strategies for creating high-quality microlecture.
