摘要
体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)作为心肺辅助支持系统,存在急性肾功能不全、容量超负荷等问题,联合应用连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)是安全、有效的。本文通过总结体外膜肺氧合联合连续性肾脏替代治疗的意义、管路连接方式及护理,旨在为国内ECMO联合CRRT的护理提供借鉴和参考。
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), as a cardiopulmonary support system, has some problems such as acute renal insufficiency and volume overload, and is safe and effective to use together with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). This article summarized the significance of ECMO combined with CRRT and the way of pipeline connection and nursing care, in order to provide reference and guidance for domestic nursing of ECMO combined with CRRT.
