摘要
目的探讨无痛胃镜检查患者丙泊酚诱导剂量的影响因素,建立多元线性回归模型。方法随机选取自愿接受无痛胃镜检查的患者159例(男77例,女82例),采用丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉后行胃镜检查。通过Pearson相关性分析,筛选出与丙泊酚剂量相关的因素,然后建立多元线性回归方程。结果①丙泊酚诱导剂量与患者年龄、体质量指数、术前脉压差成负相关,相关系数(r)值分别为0.627(P<0.001)、0.629(P<0.001)和0.200(P<0.05);与患者术前心率成正相关,r值为0.403(P<0.001)。②多元线性回归方程:无痛胃镜丙泊酚诱导剂量=3.407-0.458×年龄-0.528体质量指数+0.184术前心率+0.157术前平均压。模型拟合度R=0.838,F=72.039,P<0.001,提示该模型可信度较高。结论本研究建立了丙泊酚诱导剂量的预测模型,可为临床用药提供参考。
AIM To explore influencing factors and build multiple linear regression analysis model of propofol- induced dose in patients with painless gastroscopy. METHODS A total of 159 patients were randomly selected for painless gastroscopy, including 77 males and 82 females. This study used propofol combined with sufentanil for intravenous anesthesia and gastroscopy. Pearson correlation analysis was first used to screen out factors related to propofol dose, and then multiple linear regression equations were established. RESULTS ①The patientf s age, BMI, preoperative pulse pressure difference showed negatively correlation with propofol induced dose. The correlation coefficient r values were 0. 627 , 0. 629 and 0. 200, respectively, and the P values were <0. 001,<0. 001,< 0. 05 respectively. The preoperative heart rate showed positively correlation with propofol induced dose. The correlation coefficient r value was 0.403 ,( P < 0. 001 ).②Multiple linear regression equation: induced dose of painless gastroscopy =3.407 - 0. 458 × age - 0. 528 × BMI + 0. 184 ×preoperative heart rate + 0. 157× preoperative mean pressure. R =0. 838 , F = 72. 039, P < 0. 001 , suggested that the model has high reliability. CONCLUSION This study establishes a predictive model of propofol-induced dose, which can be used as a reference for clinical guide.
