成纤维细胞生长因子21在骨代谢中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)是葡萄糖及脂质代谢的重要调节因子,研究显示FGF21在骨代谢中也具有调节作用.本文对近年有关FGF21与骨代谢关系的研究及其在骨代谢中发挥作用的可能机制进行综述,并进一步探讨FGF21的临床应用前景.
