摘要
系留气球具有长期滞空、载重大、安全可靠的突出优点,在各个领域的应用越来越广,其中球载测控计算机在其执行任务中至关重要。在球载测控计算机的研制阶段过程中,由于得不到全面的测试,故障频频发生。提出的系留气球试验器在球载测控计算机的设计阶段就可以独立全面检测球载测控计算机。试验器通过将数据注入到测控计算机,采集测控计算机反馈信号,比对二者之间的差异来监测计算机的各项功能。经过大量的测试实验,试验器各个模块表现良好,可以满足系统各项技术指标要求,同时有效的降低了系留气球故障风险,缩短球载测控计算机的研制周期。
The tethered balloon has the prominent advantages of long-term stagnation, high load weight, safety and reliability, and has been applied more and more widely in various fields. The ball-borne measurement and control computer is crucial in its mission. During the development phase of the ball-mounted measurement and control computer, failures occur frequently due to lack of comprehensive testing. The tethered balloon tester proposed in the text can independently and comprehensively detect the ball-borne measurement and control computer in the design stage of the ball-borne measurement and control computer. The tester monitors the computer's functions by injecting data into the measurement and control computer, collecting the feedback signals from the measurement and control computer, and comparing the differences. After a large number of test experiments, the various modules of the tester performed well, which can meet the requirements of various technical indicators of the system, effectively reduce the risk of tethered balloon failure, and shorten the development cycle of the ball-mounted measurement and control computer.
