摘要
报道2例妊娠相关性爆发性1型糖尿病(PF)的诊治经过。爆发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)的特征为在高血糖持续很短的时间内,迅速出现DKA,胰岛β细胞大量破坏,而胰岛自身抗体呈阴性。FT1DM可发生于妊娠中晚期或产后2周,称为PF。临床如未及时诊治,可危及母婴生命,尤其胎儿预后较差。临床医生应提高对PF的认识,早期识别并积极治疗,对改善孕产妇和胎儿预后非常重要。
We reported two cases of pregnancy-related fulminant type 1 diabetes(PF)in our hospital. Fulminant type 1 diabetes is characterized by rapid-onset diabetic ketoacidosis within a short period of hyperglycemia,accompanied by massive destruction of β-cell and negative islet autoantibodies. If it occurs in the second and third trimester of pregnancy or two weeks after delivery,it is called PF. If not diagnosed and treated in time,it could endanger the lives of maters and infants. The prognosis of the fetus will be poor. Clinicians should improve their understanding of PF. Early identification and active treatment are very important for improving the prognosis of pregnant women and fetuses.
