EEG characteristics analysis of male and female high school students who participated in fighter pilot selection from 2013 to 2018

摘要 目的:研究参加歼击机飞行员招飞选拔时的脑电图(EEG)特征,为优化招飞选拔标准提供电生理依据。方法:比较2013-2018年间,参加歼击机飞行员招飞选拔的高中生(男生10 000人,女生1 000人,年龄18-20岁)的EEG参数特征。结果:男女清醒闭目条件下,超标人数的EEG特征为①EEG基本优势节律(8-12 Hz)占比,男为1.2%,女为1.0 %;②EEG a波幅差左右额区>20 μV占比,男为4.5 %,女为6.8 %;左右中央(顶)区>20μV占比,男为15 %,女为10.2%;左右枕区>20 μV占比,男为8.6 %,女为5%;③EEG枕区高波幅:左右枕区a波幅>150 μV占比,男为9.5%,女为5.5%;④EEG 6Hz节律左右枕区占比,男为0.36%,女为0. 40%;⑤EEG异常δ波:过度换气诱发占比,男为0.94%,女为0. 80%;⑥EEG异常尖慢棘波:间断闪光诱发占比,男为3.5%,女为3.3%。结论:尽管招飞EEG参数在男女高中生之间占比存在差异,但不影响整体选拔效果。 Objective: To study the characteristics of electroencephalogram ( EEG) of fighter pilots selection, so as to provide physiological basis of EEG for optimizing selection criteria . Methods: EEG parameter characteristics of 10,000 male and 1,000 female high school students (aged 18-20) who participated in fighter pilot selection between 2013 and 2018 were compared. Results: Among the persons who exceeded the standards in the sober and eye-closed state:(1) the ratio of EEG basic dominant rhythm (8-12 Hz) between male and female was 1. 20% and 1. 00%;(2) the ratio of EEG a wave amplitude difference in frontal region of > 20 μV, was 4. 5 % in male and 6. 8 % in female;the ratio of > 20 μV in the left and right central (top) region was 15% in male and 10. 2% in female, while the ratio of left and right occipital region > 20 μV was 8.6 % in male and 5% in female;(3) the ratio of high a wave amplitude in EEG in occipital region > 150 μV was 9. 5 % in male and 5.5 % in female.(4) the ratio of left and right occipital region in EEG 6 Hz rhythm was 0. 36% in male and 0.40% in female.(5) the ratio of EEG abnormal delta wave hyperventilation induction was 0. 94 % in male and 0.80 % in female.(6) the ratio of abnormal sharp-slow-spinous wave intermittent flash induction in EEG was 3.5 % in male and 3. 3 % in female. Conclusion: No effects on the general selection process are found although there are differences of the ratio in EEG parameters between male and female high school students.
