摘要
目的:观察椎间孔镜术后腰椎间盘突出症患者行功法训练的临床疗效。方法:选取90例患者,采用随机对照研究的方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取椎间孔镜术后常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用石氏伤科强筋功法锻炼;两组患者在手术前、术后1周、术后4周、术后8周、术后12周分别进行VAS、JOA、直腿抬高高度及总有效率比较。结果:观察组与对照组在锻炼前后VAS、JOA及直腿抬高高度评分上,差异均有统计学意义;且功法锻炼组总有效率为97.8%,明显优于常规治疗组91.1%。结论:功法锻炼可以降低椎间孔镜术后腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛程度,提高直腿抬高高度,改善生活质量,是一种较为有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of functional training for patients with lumbar disc herniation after intervertebral foraminoscopy.Methods:Ninety patients from January 2017 to October 2018 in the Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group by randomized controlled study.The control group received routine treatment after intervertebral foramen endoscopy,and the experimental group received routine treatment combined with Qiang Jin Gong Fa in Shi's Center of Orthopedics and Traumatology.The two groups received VAS before operation,1 week after operationg weeks after operation,8 weeks after operation and 12 weeks after operation,respectively.JO A,straight leg elevation height and total effective rate were compared.Results:There were significant differences in VAS,JO A and straight leg elevation before and after exercise between the Gongfu exercise group and the conventional treatment group,and the total effective rate of the Gongfu exercise group was 97.8%,which was significantly better than 91.1% of the conventional treatment group.Conclusion:Qiang Jin Gong Fa in Shis Center of Orthopedics and Traumatology can reduce the pain of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after intervertebral foraminoscopy,improve the height of straight legs,improve the quality of life is an effective treatment method,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical research.
