摘要
硬质合金立铣刀因其结构复杂导致了硬质合金立铣刀的建模较难,尤其是螺旋槽建模。通过对硬质合金立铣刀的加工过程分析,发现砂轮在与棒料接触点处的相对位姿不变。根据其不变性采用自然轴坐标系对砂轮的姿态进行数学建模,得到一种通用的砂轮端面法矢量方程和砂轮端面中心坐标方程,并运用CAD/CAM软件验证了模型的正确性。
The complicated structure of hard alloy end milling cutter leads to the complexity of modeling hard alloy end milling cutter,especially in the modeling of spiral groove.Through the analysis of the machining process,it is found that the relative position and posture of the grinding wheel at the contact point with the bar is unchanged.The natural axis coordinate system is used to model the posture of the grinding wheel at any time of machining,thus obtaining a general normal vector equation of the grinding wheel end face and a coordinate equation of the grinding wheel end face center.The correctness of the model is verified by CAD/CAM software.
