摘要
根据国家核安全局评价意见要求,方家山核电站1号机组需要在每次换料大修期间对控制棒驱动机构下部Ω焊缝及附近母材实施增强型目视检查。针对此需求,作者在深入研究受检对象、现有检查技术和检查接近方式的基础上,创新设计了一套检查方案,并据此开发了适用于控制棒驱动机构下部Ω焊缝的增强型目视检查设备和实施方案。该检查方案在101大修期间得到成功应用,实现CRDM下部Ω焊缝100%全覆盖增强型目视检查,取得良好效果。
As required by NNSA,Unit 1 of Fangjiashan needs enhanced visual inspection on the canopy seal welds(CSWs)of the lower CRDM.So the author designed a new inspection program on CSWs of lower CRDM,based on the existing inspection technology and access method,and then developed an enhanced visual inspection equipment and implementation program.During the 101 outage of Fangjiashan,the inspection program successfully completed 100% enhanced visual inspection on CSWs of lower CRDM.
