摘要
精轧机架高铬铸铁轧辊是用离心铸造的方法获得,通过对断裂高铬铁轧辊进行成分分析、芯部抗拉强度及金相检测,断裂部位切片后做实验室性能分析得出造成轧辊断裂的主要原因是中间层与外层混溶过多,中间层强度低,由于轧辊的应力作用超过芯部的抗拉强度后产生断裂,建议降低中间层浇注温度,延长浇注中间层的时间,提高轧辊芯部抗拉强度。
Through component analysis,core tensile strength and metallographic examination of the fractured high chromium iron roll,and analysis of the laboratory performance after slicing the fractured part,it is concluded that the reason for the fracture of the roll is that the middle layer is too miscible with the outer layer and the strength of the middle layer is low.Because the stress action of the roll exceeds the core tensile strength,the fracture occurs.It is suggested that the pouring temperature of the middle layer should be reduced and the pouring time should be prolonged.The time of the middle layer can improve the tensile strength of the roll core.
