摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜息肉采取屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜手术治疗的疗效。方法方便选取2016年5月-2017年5月期间该院接收的68例子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为对照组(n=34,采取宫腔镜治疗)与观察组(n=34,采取屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜手术治疗),对疗效进行观察。结果观察组治疗有效率91.2%较对照组明显要高(χ2=7.98,P<0.05);观察组患者子宫内膜厚度(0.3±0.1)mm、PBAC评分(42.3±12.3)分、月经量(54.4±20.1)mL均较对照组明显要低(t=-8.25、-14.95、-4.36、4.93,P<0.05),血红蛋白水平(106.3±8.5)g/L较对照组明显要高(P<0.05);观察组复发率5.9%较对照组明显要低(χ2=6.60,P<0.05),两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉采取宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇,能有效预防术后复发,疗效显著,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of snail ethinyl estradiol combined with hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps. Methods Convenient selected 68 patients with endometrial polyps received from our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group (n=34, hysteroscopic treatment) and observation group (n=34, taking flexion). The effect of snail ethinyl estradiol combined with hysteroscopic surgery was observed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.2% higher than that in the control group (χ2=7.98, P<0.05). The endometrial thickness (0.3±0.1) mm, PBAC score (42.3±12.3)points, and menstrual volume in the observation group (54.4±20.1)mL were significantly lower than the control group(t=-8.25,-14.95,-4.36,P<0.05), and hemoglobin level (106.3±8.5)g/L was significantly higher than the control group (t=4.93, P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.9% lower than that of the control group (χ2=6.60, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic combined with drospirenyl ethinyl estradiol can effectively prevent postoperative recurrence, with remarkable curative effect and high safety. It is worthy of promotion.
