摘要
目的百令胶囊联合二甲双胍对糖尿病肾病患者的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择2017年6月—2018年10月该院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。采用二甲双胍对对照组患者进行治疗,在此基础上采用百令胶囊对观察组患者进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果对照组总有效率为75.0%,观察组总有效率为95.0%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的血清炎症因子指标、肾功能指标相比,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗后,观察组的血清炎症因子指标、肾功能指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合二甲双胍对糖尿病肾病患者具有很好的效果。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of Bailing Capsule combined with metformin on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods From Jun 2017 to Dec 2018 Eighty patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin. On the basis of this, Bailing Capsule was used to treat the patients in the observation group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The serum inflammatory factor index and renal function index of the two groups were statistically significantly different (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum inflammatory factor index and renal function index of the observation group were compared with those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing Capsule combined with metformin has a good effect on patients with diabetic nephropathy.
