摘要
目的探讨风险管理模式在儿科输液室药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1-12月在该院接受治疗的85例输液患儿,实施风险管理,作为观察组;选取2015年1-12月在该院接受治疗的85例输液患儿,实施常规药品管理,作为对照组,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组不良事件发生率、工作失误率、护理投诉率、患儿家属满意度以及护理人员考核优良率等指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科输液室药品管理中实施在风险管理模式,可明显降低儿科输液室不良事件以及工作人员失误的发生,提高患儿家属满意度以及护理人员专业技能。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management mode in drug management of pediatric infusion room. Methods Eighty-five infusion children who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were enrolled in the study. Risk management was performed as an observation group. 85 infusions were received in our hospital from January to December 2015, implemented routine drug management, as a control group, compare the management effects of the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events, work error rate, nursing complaint rate, family satisfaction of nursing staff and excellent rate of nursing staff assessment were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management mode in pediatric infusion room drug management can significantly reduce the incidence of pediatric infusion room adverse events and staff turnover, improve the satisfaction of family members and the professional skills of nursing staff.
