摘要
目的探究基层医疗机构妇产科感染的主要危险因素并提出管理策略。方法选取基层医院采取感染管理前(2017年1-12月)、后(2018年1-12月)妇产科收治的患者各100例,分别设为对照组和研究组,对比两组的感染发生率并分析感染的主要危险因素。结果研究组感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医院感染发生的主要危险因素为年龄、住院时间、导管留置时间及基础性疾病。结论基层医疗机构妇产科应针对患者发生感染的主要危险因素给予针对性管理,以预防感染的发生。
Objective To explore the main risk factors of gynecological infections in primary medical institutions and to propose management strategies. Methods 200 patients in the primary hospital were enrolled in the obstetrics and gynaecology department before infection management (from January to December 2017) and after (from January to December 2018), respectively, which were set as the control group and the research group. The incidence of infection was compared between the two groups and the main risk factors for infection were analyzed. Results The incidence of infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The main risk factors for nosocomial infections are age, length of hospital stay, catheter indwelling time, and underlying disease. Conclusion The obstetrics and gynaecology department of primary medical institutions should provide targeted management of the main risk factors for infection in patients to prevent infection.
