摘要
超声设备是一种高精度、高空间分辨率的医疗仪器,在使用过程中会产生各种各样的故障。本文通过对迈瑞DC-8型号超声设备的常见故障的分析,探讨维修思路,总结方法。首先,介绍了机器在使用中常见的3类故障现象。故障一为电源模块故障,设备接通电源后机器无法上电,开机异常;故障二为发射板故障,开机后图像显示区域出现暗道,影响图像质量与临床诊断;故障三为外围设备引起的图像干扰现象。然后通过故障情况及报错现象分析原因,本文建立了一套正确的排查思路,高效的解决了故障问题,提高了设备的使用效率。
Ultrasonic equipment is a kind of medical instrument with high precision and high spatial resolution, which will produce various kinds of failures in the process of use. Through the analysis of the common faults of mindray DC-8 ultrasonic equipment, the maintenance ideas were discussed and the methods were summarized in this paper. Firstly, three kinds of common faults were introduced. The first fault was the power module fault. After the device was connected to the power, the machine could not be powered on and the machine was abnormal;The second fault was the launch plate fault. After starting up, there was a secret channel in the image display area, which affected the image quality and clinical diagnosis;The third fault was the image interference phenomenon caused by peripheral equipment. Then through the fault situation and error phenomenon analysis, this paper established a set of correct troubleshooting ideas. The method can effectively solve the fault problem, improve the use efficiency of equipment.
