摘要
根据煤层瓦斯地质条件,选取合适的螺旋钻进工艺能很好地解决松软破碎煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔存在易塌孔、孔深浅、成孔难等问题。分析了螺旋钻具的结构特点和施工工艺的优缺点,结合螺旋钻具的排粉原理,推荐在松软破碎煤层中施工风水联动雾化排粉工艺和孔内全程下筛管工艺,可以有效解决松软煤层钻孔施工的难题。
According to the geological conditions of coal seam gas,the selection of appropriate spiral drilling technology can solve this problem very well.The structural characteristics of spiral drilling too l and the advantages and disadvantages of construction technology are analyzed.combined with the powder discharge principle of spiral drilling tool,it is recommended that the construction of geomant is water linkage atomization powder discharge technology in soft broken coal seam and the whole process of screening pipe in the hole can effectively solve the difficult problems of drilling construct ion in soft coal seam.
