摘要
为了研究不同销轨弯曲角度情况下采煤机行走机构运动时的动力学特性,利用ADAMS仿真分析软件对不同弯角结构下采煤机行走机构的动力学特性进行了研究,结果表明,销轨的弯曲角度越大采煤机行走机构在工作时的啮合力和速度波动越大,其动力学特性越不稳定。该研究结果可为井下销轨的设置和改进提供参考依据。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of shearer walking mechanism under different pin-rail bending angles,the dynamic characteristics of shearer walking mechanism under different bending angle structures are studied by ADAMS simulation analysis software.The results show that the larger the bending angle of pin rail,the greater the meshing force and velocity fluctuation of shearer walking mechanism,the more unstable the dynamic characteristics of shearer walking mechanism.The research results improve the reference for the setting and improvement of downhole pin rail.
