摘要
三维点云配准在医疗诊断及手术规划中有非常重要的作用,而配准精度也一直是被关注的重点问题。介绍几种常见的配准算法,并对第三方3D模型库中的Bunny、Dragon、和Hippo三维点云模型进行多组配准实验。对其配准精度进行验证。实验结果表明,Super-4pcs算法对于三维点云模型具有不同角度和低重叠率的情况,相比于几种通用配准算法都能得到较好的配准效果,且在低重叠率的情况下仍然能够达到0.001m级的高精度配准效果。为医生能更有效的将点云配准算法应用于医疗诊断及手术规划中提供一定的理论指导。
In recent years,3D point cloud registration has a very important role in medical diagnosis and surgical planning,and the accuracy of registration has always been the focus of attention.Several common registration algorithms and performs multiple sets of registration experiments on Bunny,Dragon and Hippo 3D point cloud models in third-party 3D model libraries are introduced.The registration accuracy is verified.Experimental results show that the Super-4pcs algorithm has different angles and low overlap rate for 3D point cloud model,and better registration results can be obtained comparing with several general registration algorithms.At a low overlap rate,a high precision registration effect of 0.001 m can still be achieved.It provides some theoretical guidance for doctors to more effectively apply the point cloud registration algorithm to medical diagnosis and surgical planning.
