电渣冶炼高氮钢气泡产生的机理及控制

摘要 针对高氮钢电渣重熔冶炼过程中出现的气泡缺陷,从气泡产生的位置、宏观形貌及生产现场条件等方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。认为材料成分体系及烟罩的气密性是造成电渣锭气泡缺陷的主要原因。通过优化成分体系、改善设备的气密性等措施,有效解决了高氮钢气泡溢出的问题,获得了质量良好的电渣锭。 In view of the bubble defects in the process of electroslag remelting of high nitrogen steel,the position,macro-morphology and production conditions of the bubble were analyzed,and the corresponding control measures were put forward.It is considered that the material composition system and gas tightness of smoke hood are the main causes of bubble defects in ESR ingots.By optimizing the composition system and improving the gas tightness of the equipment,the bubble overflow of high nitrogen steel was effectively solved,and the ESR ingot with good quality was obtained.
