摘要 对燃用高砷含量煤种的某电厂2台机组脱硝催化剂砷中毒和失活情况做了对比研究。研究表明:燃煤中超过30 μg/g的As2O3,进口和国产催化剂均发生了严重的砷中毒和失活现象,在最初运行的8 000 h内,失活速度最快,随后失活速度逐渐趋缓;在最初运行的8000h内,砷元素在催化剂上的累积接近饱和,之后累积速度逐渐趋缓;在失活最严重的8 000 h内,进口催化剂的失活速度是国产催化剂的2倍以上,原因可能与催化剂化学成分和孔径结构差异有关。 A comparative study of arsenic poisoning and deactivation of SCR catalyst in two units of the power plant burning coal with high content arsenic was carried out. The Research indicated: when the concentration of As 2O3 was more than 30 μg/g in the coal, imported and domestic catalyst both occurred serious arsenic poisoning and deactivation. During in the first 8 000 hours, the inactivation rate was the fastest, and then the inactivation rate gradually slowed down. Similarly, the concentration of As2O3 accumulated on the catalyst was almost saturated, and then the cumulative speed gradually slowed down. During the period of the most serious deactivation within 8 000 hours, the inactive rate of imported catalyst was two times higher than that of domestic catalyst. The reason may be related to the difference of chemical com position and pore structure of the catalyst.
