摘要
本文采用CHE607RH焊条制作熔敷金属样品,分别在250℃、600℃下保温30min、60min后出炉空冷,应用金相显微镜和HV-1000显微维氏硬度计对热处理前后的熔敷金属进行显微组织分析和硬度值测量,最后模拟海水环境(3.5%NaCl溶液)对熔敷金属样品进行浸泡试验与盐雾试验。实验结果表明:CHE607RH焊条熔敷金属显微组织为铁素体+珠光体+粒状贝氏体,铁素体为针状铁素体,硬度值为296HV0.2。600℃×60min加热保温后,熔敷金属样品显微组织为铁素体+珠光体,硬度值为183HV0.2。浸泡实验和盐雾实验显示,经过600℃×60min处理的熔敷金属样品的耐海水腐蚀性最好。随着热处理加热温度的提高和保温时间的延长,熔敷金属中的贝氏体组织分解,样品内部缺陷减少,耐蚀性逐渐提高。
In this paper,CHE607RH electrode was used to make deposited metal samples,which were kept at 250 ℃,600 ℃ for 30 min,60 min,and then air-cooled.Microstructure analysis and hardness measurement of deposited metal before and after heat treatment were carried out by means of metallographic microscope and HV-1000 micro Vickers hardness tester,and finally simulating the seawater environment (3.5% NaCl solution) for the soaking test and salt spray test of the deposited metal samples.The experimental results show that the microstructure of the deposited metal of CHE607RH electrode is ferrite + pearlite + granular bainite,the ferrite is acicular ferrite,the hardness value is 296HV0.2.After heating and keeping at 600 ℃×60min,The microstructure of the deposited metal sample was ferrite + pearlite with a hardness of 183 HV0.2.The immersion test and the salt spray test showed that the deposited metal samples treated at 600 ℃ for 60 min had the best seawater corrosion resistance.With the increase of the heat treatment heating temperature and the prolongation of the holding time,the bainite structure in the deposited metal is decomposed,the internal defects of the sample are reduced,and the corrosion resistance is gradually improved.
