摘要
互联网+精准医疗可节约医疗资源、提高医疗效果,并能得到新信息和新成果。以互联网+个性化诊疗为主的新中医药诊疗模式是一个好的尝试。本文分析当前互联网+精准医疗与中医学的契合点,并指出目前传统中医药治疗胃癌前病变诊疗模式的优势和不足,探讨建立一个以胃癌前病变大数据平台为基础,实现患者的个体化、全程化预防和诊疗,普及医疗知识,及医疗成果转化为一体的新型互联网+中医药诊疗模式。
Internet+precision medicine can realize the savings of medical resources,the improvement of medical effects,and the new information and new achievements.The new TCM diagnosis and treatment mode based on Internet+personalized diagnosis and treatment may be a good attempt.This article analyzed the conjunction point of current Internet+precision medicine and TCM,and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of TCM for treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.Finally,this article explored to establish a large data platform for gastric precancerous lesions to realize a new Internet+TCM diagnosis and treatment mode,which could realize individualized,comprehensive prevention and treatment of patients,popularize medical knowledge,and achieve the transformation of medical results into one.
